Cancellation & Refund Policy

1 Day Tours / Same Day Tours / Airport Drop

This Policy is applicable Only on the same day tours. Typically, 25% amount is charged at the time of booking the tour. Following are the cancellation acceptance and refund policy for the same.

  1. If your tour is cancelled before 03 Days of the tour start time – No cancellation will be accepted and the deposited amount shall remain non-refundable.
  2. If the tour is cancelled before 06 Days of the tour start time – Cancellations will be accepted and 50% of the deposited amount shall be refunded to the respective credit/debit card or bank account. Service/Convenience fee applicable as per the payment gateway.
  3. If the tour is cancelled before 10 Days of the tour start time – Cancellations will be accepted and 100% of the deposited amount shall be refunded to the respective credit/debit card or bank account. Service/Convenience fee applicable as per the payment gateway.

2 Days Tour Packages / More Than 2 Days Tour Packages

The policy is applicable on the tours that are scheduled for two or more days. Typically, 30% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking the tour.

Following are the cancellation acceptance and refund policy for the same.

Cancellation charges will be charged as per all the premium and luxury vehicles

  1. 30 days before to departure –10% of the gross amount
  2. 15 days before to departure – 25% of the gross amount
  3. 14 and up to 8 days before to arrival – 50% of the gross amount
  4. Less than 7 days before to arrival – 100 % of the gross amount will be charged.
Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
